One can’t help falling in love with this older style, neatly renovated holiday home, a mere two minutes walk to Kleinmond’s main beach and with a sea view from the street. The house consists of an open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area with a fireplace and TV (satellite dish – bring own decoder and SIM-card). The kitchen is well equipped with a four-plate stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

The house sleeps 6 persons in three bedrooms in the main house (2 x double beds and 2 x ¾ beds), two bathrooms, plus another 2 persons in the fourth outside bedroom (2 x ¾ beds, en suite shower, toilet, hand basin). The outbuilding also has a separate laundry with washing machine and a chest freezer. The property is located on an enclosed stand with a front lawn, veranda with outside furniture and a mobile braai. The backyard has a built-in braai and outside hot and cold shower cubicle. There is a single lock-up garage and parking inside the property. No smoking inside the house please. Two smaller dogs allowed.
