Für Elise in Kleinmond is a charming family home that can comfortably accommodate six persons in three bedrooms (all with double beds) and three bathrooms. One bathroom has a spa bath, the second a bathtub and the third a shower. The spacious, open plan living area comprises a lounge with built-in braai, well equipped kitchen with oven/stove, breakfast counter, and scullery with fridge/freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher. Furthermore, a cosy courtyard and glass portioned dining room and reading corner complete the picture of comfort and relaxation.
The living area leads out to the enclosed backyard with a natural garden, interesting nooks and crannies, and where a few smaller tortoises have made their home. The television room is located on the mezzanine floor and offers full satellite TV and Wifi connection. Open off-street parking is available for three vehicles. The house is situated three street blocks from the rocky seashore and less than 5 minutes drive to the shopping centre, restaurants, harbour and both the Kleinmond and Palmiet beaches and lagoons.
The house is only made available during December up to mid-January. Bookings over Christmas/New Year are 10 nights minimum. No pets allowed and no smoking inside the house.
