Iza is a comfortable family holiday home on an enclosed stand, less than a 15 minute walk to the main beach and lagoon of Kleinmond. The house can sleep 6 persons in 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms and has an open plan lounge (with TV and DSTV) and dining room that leads out onto the veranda, braai area and lawn at the back. Bedroom 1 with a double bed sleeps two; bedroom 2 with a double and a single bed sleeps three; bedroom 3 has a single bed. The first bathroom has a bath, shower toilet and hand basin while the second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and hand basin. The kitchen has a 4-plate electric stove and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven and all the required cooking and eating utensils. Safe off-street parking, while a single lock-up garage is available for a trailer and bicycles. Two pets maximum allowed. No smoking in the house. Bookings are two nights minimum during the year and normally 14 nights minimum over the Christmas/New Year period.
